EH Partners with Flat Fee Real Estate to Visualize New Homes

In order to help potential buyers visualize how new homes might sit on building lots in Vergennes, Vermont, Flat Fee Real Estate asked EH to create 3D renderings which mesh drone photos with topography and architectural models.  The resulting images bring three building lots, which are located on Comfort Hill Road within walking distance of downtown Vergennes, to life by depicting  how new homes might be arranged on the parcels to optimize views, privacy and solar orientation.  The lots are especially well suited to net-zero building.  Property listings are currently posted at Flat Fee Real Estate.
